Timing Marker ?

Ok guys my timing marker is a little rusty and i can not read what the degrees are so can someone help me what the marker is suppose to read

by the way this is on a 1990 chevy 1500 with a 305 tbi

The bottom of the larger “v” shaped groove, on the end that has the round tube, is ZERO degrees, which is were I believe your timing should be set.
