Re: Gas tank / Filler neck hose?

You should be able to find it at just about any real auto parts store (this means not a Schucks or similar).

Re: Gas tank / Filler neck hose?

hey bouncy, i thought this was the tough one to find. I forget what size it is, but i've read several post where people have difficulty finding it. Some have gone to hose distributors for the right size too.
I actually need to replace mine since i used my old one when i changed tanks last year. It is holding, but barely!

I think it is actually 1 3/8" hose, but I have 1 1/2" hose on mine. i just clamped it really tight. it has worked fine so far.

Re: Gas tank / Filler neck hose?

Wes has them at ClassicHeartbeat.com at $11 per foot. The the correct size is 1 1/4" ID. http://www.classicheartbeat.com/fuel_parts.htm

I have seen them in LMC's catalog. Part # 12. 2" ID or 2 1/4" ID. $14.95 and $18.95, respectively. Looks like LMC sells the wrong size. I have a new hose on mine that the previous owner installed. It is 1 1/4" ID. http://www.lmctruck.com/icatalog/cb/0123.html
