Blazer question...
Since the Blazers/Jimmy's started being made in 1969, and 1969 was the last year to get a GMC V6 in a pick-up, would it have been possible to buy a 1969 GMC Jimmy with a 305 GMC V6 in it from the factory??? Just wondering. Thanks.

Re: Blazer question...
Jimmy didn't start until 1970, so I'd say no.

Re: Blazer question...
No V6 was offered in a K5/Jimmy just a l6. That 305V6 would have made a trail monster out of a Jimmy though.

Re: Blazer question...
Oh I thought the Jimmy came out in 69, apparently it didn't. I too was thinking it would be quite the trail rig with the 305 V6. Thanks for the info.

Re: Blazer question...
I've got too much on my plate right now. I'm starting to sound like an old man, this isn't good. Plus, I don't know where to get another 305.
