Beautiful! I forget, sometimes, how good a lifted 4x4 stepside looks. Super impressive engine bay.

BTW, your red truck makes plain why no civilian fire truck should ever be any color other than red.

Re: Stroker pics....... (New)

Hoses came from Summit or Jegs. There's enough hose in one large kit to the top and bottom on most trucks and the heater hose kit is plenty for both hoses also.

Awesome truck.

Did you have that brushed stainless piece at the top of the fan cowl custom fabbed or did you buy it somewhere?

LMC
If you have a way of bending it could be made very easy.

Re: Stroker pics....... (New)

Awesome. What kind of electric fan setup are you running? Does it keep things cool enough? I'm thinking about doing this myself, just trying to figure out the best setup for the price.

Re: Stroker pics....... (New)

Its a single aluminum bladed fan that pulls over 2900. It hasn't done too bad but am having a little warmer temps with this motor. I still need to check the thermostat. Maybe a little larger pulley on the pump. I don't know yet. When driving around town it gets up close to 210. Some say the motors with vortecs will do that. Oh and the shroud came from Wes.
