Tuff Country for '71 K20
My '71 K20 is stock height now and I am running 33's. I am looking into Tuff Country 4" front springs and I already have rear shackle flip to install. Anyone run Tuff Country? I am looking into their EZ ride instead of HD line. Probably end up with 35" tires. I guess I"ll also need some sort of dropped steering arm to replace stock piece? Thanks.

Re: Tuff Country for '71 K20
Tuff country is a good brand. The EZ ride springs are some of the softest on the market so the ride is good. As long as you don't plan on adding a monster thick iron bumper/winch combo the shouldn't settle too much. If you are planning on adding a heavy fabricated bumper and winch, I'd suggest the hd springs to limit the springs settling.
Steering correction could be a dropped pitman arm, dropped draglink or a raised steering arm. I used a raised steering arm for my 4" lift, most do for 4". I got mine with my kit, but most places have them for $50 or less.

I have all four spring packs waiting to install.I think I`m finally going to get to it.I got 6" for my 35s on 10" rims. You`ll have to go with 8"rims with a 4" lift.I have 4" EZ-rides front & rear on my`91 diesel Suburban and it rides better than stock.I have Rancho 9000RSXs on that set on soft.I love it.

Thanks guys. I will probably replace tie rods and ball joints while I'm at it.
