any engineers out there..........

i need to cut one of my bed braces to clear my blazer tank.
whats the best shape to cut the beginning/end of my notch - square, round, or 45degree ????

No sharp inside corners, that's where cracks start. Put a radius on them. The outer corners only need touched with a grinder so you don't get cut on em.
