any pics or how-to's on removing rockers?

I need to replace my rockers but I'm not sure where all I need to cut. I've also read that thre replacement floor pans have the inner rockers built in. I've already bought some inner rockers but I'm not sure where they go or if I need them.

The rockers have spot welds that need to be drilled out along the bottom lip I am not sure how the corners come off as I have not gotten that far yet... Yes the floors have the rocker backing plate built into them... I also have extra inner's...

Thanks French. I just found out that I'm gonna have to replace the kick panels too. I've read a bunch on floors and rockers.....even pilars but not the kick pans. How the hell do those come off? Should I do the whole thing or just the bottom piece that's actually rotted out?

In general, you should only cut out and replace the bad portions of the panel. Repop panels don't always fit well, so only replacing the part that is needed will make the fit easier.
