Brake M/C and booster finish? pic attatched
Ok guys, stupid question. I ordered a new booster master cylinder set. It arrived yesterday and I was dissapointed. It is in a bare finish. I was hoping it would be in that gold anodized looking finish. Do I paint this with the truck or do something else with it? I know brake fluid can kill paint.
Thanks. Last edited by robsm88; 05-28-2006 at 01:03 PM. |

Here's mine after being painted up. I used hightemp black on the booster and high temp cast iron on the master.
Mike EDIT: I also have a chrome cap from GMPP that I put on. I could get a pic with that on if you would like.

Looks good. I will do that. Now the question I need to decide on is whether to paint the Engine compartment black or match it to the truck paint color.

The engine compartment looks much better in the main outer body color of choice, but going all black inside the eng compartment is much easier.
