trailing arms
Hello can ya guys tell me how to get the bushings out of the trailing arms so i can replace them?

I set them on fire w/a torch, let burn a while, then they push right out into a flaming ball on the ground. if you are using urethane, all you gotta do is scrape around inside w/a carpet knife. if you are using OE rubber kind, you have to collapse the metal shell & remove it. brian

That old rubber is hard. I agree with the blowtorch, it softens them.

I took it to a shop with a press, and they were able to push the old ones out and install the new ones in a couple of minutes.

I just had mine done by a shop for $30.00, which included removal of the entire bushing (inner sleeve, rubber & outer sleeve) & installing the new ones. The manual has instructions for proper removal for what it's worth.

I Put Them In A Vice An With A Hammer Beat Them Out, An Installed Them With A Bolt An Washers ,tighting The Bolts To Push Them In Place, Around 30 Min.

I burned my old bushings out.
New bushings went right in with a littl coaxing
