which pulleys do I need?
I have a 350 with a short h2o pump... how many grooves on the following pulleys do I need?
ac on passenger side (1) ps pump on lower driver (1) alternator on upper driver (1) water pump (2 or 3???) crankshaft (3??) how far off am I? .

A/C (1) PS (1) Alternator (1) Water Pump (2) Crank (4) |

thanks 78... so, its looks like each accessory is ran independantly and there is no doubling up?

The power steering pump is driven directly off the crank with its own belt. If I remember correctly, both the alternator and A/C belts also drive the water pump. There is one V groove in the crankshaft pulley that does not get used. Hope this helps.

That is correct. One short belt going around crank and directly to PS pump. One belt from crank around WP and Alt. One belt around crank WP and AC if you have it.
So crank pulley needs 3 grooves if you have AC , WP needs 2 grooves, PS is 1 groove. |
