Question MSD or HEI

Well the stock dizzy is shot in my truck and I need to replace it. I was going to go with a do up HEI for about 210.00 depending on which one I choose. But I just saw MSD has a street distibutor with vacuuum advance that does not run with a ignition box(5a,6a,etc) for about 185.00. It has the main features of the pro billet but has a module like HEI but with a external coil. What do you think?
Thanks David

If you have the cash, it sounds good, but I'll say this, I have bought well over a dozen junk yard HEIs for 15 bucks each. I have only had one that gave anyone any trouble...and as luck would have it, it was the only one I bought for myself.

The MSD is a good unit, but im still runnin an HEI. With a hot coil & module,& a recurve kit, it performs nicely on the street,& if I burn a module....I can get one anywhere....69 longhorn.
