What about a Black W/White top 67 Stepside?

Anyone have any ideas? I like white trim on the grille area.How did GM paint the white separtion on front fender from the grille?

68stepbed...very nice truck. The wishartkid, my '67 is going to be a black with a white top rat rod truck. Stock grills in '67 were body color, in '68 they were silver or ivory.

Thanks for the front close up shot.that was what i was wondering about.I don't like the grille same color as the rest of the body!I hope you don't mind i set your pic. as my wallpaper.That is very close to how i would like to paint mine!

Don't get used to mine looking that way long. It will be Atlantic Blue before long. I'm keepeing the silver grill scheme with the blue though. I think it makes them distinctive. My dad and I started tearin it down last night. I'm gonna start a thread about it soon. I just haven;t had time to resize pics.

Wow...I can't believe you would change it from black to blue. That truck looks awesome in black!

Heres some thing to ponder,I 've been gathering parts to build a 1967 El Camino and I unexpectantly got this 1967 S.Stepside Pickup.I like both! what to do? Selling is NOT an option!I would appreceate your ideas.

I would say focus on 1, but ...That would make me a hipocrite! My current "projects" are the 67 C-30, 67 C-50, 69 C-30 car hauler, '71 Pontiac GT-37, '67 Firebird 400 and my '82 Z28 Drag Car, so - uh - I'm probably not the one to ask for help. I need help myself!!
