Something old......something new

First off dont kill me for this

Here is a photohack of a 67-72 series truck mixed with the current Chevy front end. I just had to modify something after going to the Goodguys show and seeing all those nice cars there!!

Mudder67.....I hope you dont mind me using that picture of your truck. If you do I will remove it...

Thoughts comments????

Talking

it is different, but I like it.

But I am a different kind of guy. Stock is ok, but stock is EASY.

Nice photoshop job.

I like it from the cab back. :p

I hope no one would really do this to a classic truck. The front ends of these trucks don't need a thing, they are perfect the way they are. Leave the plastic to the new junk!

Nice work on the photo trick though. Looks real!

As for me I think every thing new is ugly, but that is me. I like the way it looks & I think if G.M. would make a truck that looked like that they would sell more...... good job, you should go work for G.M. & show them how a truck should look!!!!!!!

Well, I guess Im a minority along with 72ChevyLWB, I love the truck, in fact. It's hard to make a 67 look good with a front end, even stock. You threw together some nice photoshop work. And I like phantom grills and front roll pans too. So my opinion may not count, but it's just my personal opinion.

Looks to me like the front end of that orange truck belongs to a trailblazer!

The big selling point of the new trucks is that they tried to copy the old style, which tells me that the old style is just better looking, and why settle for a try-hard copycat when you can have the original?
You keep the new one, thanks. I like the old one.

Me too! I don't like much of anything past '72 myself. (and that's the newest car I own too!)

Anything past '72 is just transportation. LOL

It's a good thing I hate new cars/trucks because I couldn't afford one anyway. One of the best ways to throw away your money is to buy a new vehicle. And the longer you keep it, the more money you lose. Tsk tsk...
