swapping a 68 A/C heater box over to non-A/C
What all is involved in swapping over an AC heater setup to a stock non-ac heater setup? can i just swap over the the box with the core, motor, and fan, or does the whole inside under-dash setup need to be swapped out as well?

New insides plus different holes in firewall.

Swapping out your AC would be quite a job if done properly. The AC has a good heater setup and will work fine if the AC is not hooked up. Is there a reason that you want to swap it out?
Here is a pic with AC holes and non AC holes in the firewall that one of the members posted a few years ago. Jim |

i was going to do it for the simple fact the non ac box looks less cluttered inside the engine bay. looks like i'll be sticking with the ac box tho. thank you.
