Axle Part number location and identification

I purchased a new axle for the front of my truck, all I know is that it is a corp 10 bolt, I don't know the year, now I am trying to find brake lines and a pinion seal, and I am being told that these parts are year specific to some trucks. I have looked all over the axle, I assumed the part number would have been on the webbing of the diff. near the axle tubes....no luck.....so now I have two questions, where is the part number for this axle, and where can I find out what year that part number belongs to?
