Side Widows will not roll up to top
My drivers and passenger side windows will not roll up completely. They are both about 1/16 to 3/16 of an inch from reaching the end caps. Is there a way to adjust or are my window regulators worn out? The rainy seaon has begun here in Japan and I am tired of riding around with a rain suit on. Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

Regulators are worn out would be my first guess. Do you have the upper weatherstrip in place around the top?

Yes, I do have weatherstriping around the top. The windows will not reach the endcaps that are mounted to the top of the vent windows.

Take off your door trim panels and loosen all of the bolts that hold the window regulator in the truck. Roll your window all the way it will go and tighten everything again. This may or may not fix the problem. If not buy new regulators. They may be worn. Pics of the situation would help as well.

mine does the same thing, however mine is so worn out you have to push/pull on the window while rolling it to get it to go up or down. It one of the next things to fix. Luckily the regulators are fairly inexpensive.

Mine had the same problem. Turns out that the bottom of the window regulator (Where the glass is glued into) would hit the door where the felts are. Bend back the sheet metal on the door where the felts connect until it clears.

If the sheet metal screws holding the door panel trim are too long... that will also keep the window from raising all the way up.
