What years of seats are a direct bolt-in?
I seem to recall that bench seats from other GM trucks from 73 up to late 70's to early 80's are a direct bolt-in. Is that true?

Re: What years of seats are a direct bolt-in?
think they might be different, just because the 73 and up had such a high floor in the back of the cab

Re: What years of seats are a direct bolt-in?
I have read on here and plan to try on our 1970, using bench seat from a 88- thru 94 ?, supposed to be pretty close.

Ah-ha! That's is I think. Now I remember that the floor at the front of the seat brackets were the same/similar, it's the back that's different. I wonder if the tracks would bolt on to a 73 and up frame?

Re: What years of seats are a direct bolt-in?
that would work good if you could do it, then you'd be able to flip the back of the seat forward.
