What year?
Hello all:
Does anybody knows what year Gm started rear disc brakes on their trucks? Has anybody tried to use those set up as rear disc for our year trucks?

Re: What year?
I think in '02? My '03 had them, but then a couple years later they went back to drums, probably to save build cost.

Re: What year?
that, and becouse the improvement was so marginal that it isn't worth the added cost, nor the added maintnance for the average truck owner. The only time read discs help on a truck is if you run around loaded all the time.
