side window outside bottom seal? and 1 piece windows

Hey all, I have been plagued with my "wipper" seal or what ever it is called on my truck for ever. The bottom rubber seal does not seal against the window. I have 2 and they are both the same even with new seals. Is this common?

I am planning or hopping to go to 1 piece windows is this seal better? Is it like the new trucks that actually "folds" up on the lower window? I just cant seem to get away from my wind noise so I am hopping the 1 piece will cure that?
any pictures would help...

Re: side window outside bottom seal? and 1 piece windows

I have ridden in a truck with one piece windows from Brothers. Very quiet. I had the same problem with new vent windows I bought...they fit terribly with huge gaps and the bottom. My one peice windows are awaiting Brothers to ship them to me, they are backordered.

Custom 68, there is a bracket under the vent window that comes welded from the factory. When it breaks, the door "spreads" apart and the rubber will not seal. When adding one piece windows, you cut this bracket out altogether, and the rubber seals seal against the window.
