67-72 Chevy accessory bracketry pics needed!
Hey guys!
I'm wanting to convert my truck from Serpentine back to V-belts. But, I need to move my alternator over to the driver's side of the truck, and I need the bracket to bolt only to the engine's heads / water pump etc, and not to the intake manifold in any way. I think that 67-72 brackets fit the bill, so I'd like to see a few pictures of your guy's belt setups, and if it'll work like I hope it will, I'll go and find a 67-72 donor vehicle for brackets

Re: 67-72 Chevy accessory bracketry pics needed!
Here is a pic of the alternator bracket and power steering bracket on my 70 K5, however, this is not the correct motor, it is a 400sb and the heads were drilled to accept the alternator bracket (the heads turned out to be early 60's 327 heads - I do think this is the correct brackets though.
Here is another shot of the alternator bracket. Here is the alternator bracket that was on my 69's 307. And here is a pic of the power steering bracket on the Blazer's 400sb - it attaches to an engine mount bolt and on the front of the block there are two bolts.
