Re: Check out my grille?

None, but sell me your 67 and buy an ugly 71-72 and then you can do the billet upgrade?! The 67-8 grill is the best out there, period!! (by the way not really an offer to buy, but merely an explative to explain my confusion).

That's what I'd do with a 67-68 grille. You could even get one of those fog light bumpers and put the turn signals in there for a super clean grille.

Re: Check out my grille?

That is what I am doing. I removed the bowtie, removed the park lamps by swapping out the lower piece for a top piece out of another grill, and using a 71-72 bumper with clear lenses.

Re: Check out my grille?

I don't think you can wire a turn signal to that setup.

an insert for an 88-98 full size should have enough surface to mount behind your grill

Re: Check out my grille?

I`m not much on "hackin`" these beautiful trucks. But,I`ve seen one that had the Headlights eliminated and the slots stretched across that area. Then,he used narrow rectangular headlights in the slot.I think he had billet bars across to make it "phantom".It`s in some magazine I have.Just a thought for you Body-Modders:.It did look good.
