Ceramic Brake Pads

Need to replace the front pads and am thinking of going ceramic as I hear there is less dust from them. Found some at Summit - two brands, Qualitee VGX for $40 and Power Stop Evolution for $53. The Power Stops come with shims ??? This is for a 3/4 ton Camper Special that I tow a tent trailer (with brakes) with. Any opinions on these brands or others - I've pretty much went with whatever Napa had in the past. Thanks and Happy 4th...
