No, it comes with the entire system.

I didn't know I was going to have to cut the firewall hole larger. Not a big deal, but pretty much the only trouble. Not too hard, it comes with a template and it cut quick with a sawsall. As far as the wiring on the outside of the cab goes, I will wire that up after I finish all my chassis work and post pics. I also ordered the powerbraid wire loom. Very nice looking stuff.
