nope no AC. one of the lines goes to the dizzy and the other two to the carb. There also seems to be some electrical hook up to it.

Looks like TCS. (Transmission Spark Control) I do not believe it's really needed with today's gasolines.

TCS lets the vac advance work when the truck gets shifted into high gear. Supposed to drop the NOx content of the exhaust. First attempt at todays EGR system

TCS (temperature/transmission controlled spark) solenoid. If it's hooked to the distributor vacuum advance. Like kwmech said it allows vac advance if engine temp is above 82*F or transmission is in high gear. Wire should hook up to it's own temp sender on cyl. head and transmission.
