OK, I paid you per pay-pal on 6-7. You said you would mail it the next day. Never got it. Then you say it was on your seat and you would mail it on the 19th and it is now the 24th and still no hood emblem what gives???

still on my seat just plain busy. just refunded your paypal and i will still send it out in the next few days. its 5 miles out to the post office and I rarely go that way.
