I've changed my truck to HEI. She's powered by a stock 68 327, ugraded edelbrock performer intake and carb 600cfm with dual exhaust and headers. Wanted to know what the parts numbers are for certain plugs to run....do I run the stocks with a larger spark or should I run a hotter plug. She ran good with the .35 gap but I know that's not the best way to run the plug....

I have pretty much the same setup, the exception is I have a small block 350. I used AC delco plug R45TS plug gapped to .045. Havent' ran into any problems. I would think the 327 should be the same, might be wrong though!

Yup, .035/points, .045/HEI. Your engine is still basically stock, so your stock AC Delco plugs are just fine.

I still have the fatter plug style....I've been told to use a lil hotter plug because the stock for points would be to cool. Do I just gap my plugs to .45 and run them like that......?

I believe you could run the r45 wich is the bigger 13/16 plug and gap it at .45
