Found a 1 ton

I bought Blazerman's 1 ton today. Drove it 50 miles home in nearly 100 degree heat. Drove like a champ! Now going to get a dump hoist put underneath and put her to work. Teeitup had a thread the other day about great board members. I echo that sentiment. Haven't met one i don't like yet.

Thanks Rob!

Re: Found a 1 ton

interesting truck, what's under the hood?
It's odd to see a 157 inch wheel base truck, with such a short bed...9 foot maybe? looks nice man.

Re: Found a 1 ton

Thanks guys. It is a ten foot bed I think. It has a 292 under the hood. Only 55k on the chassis and drivetrain. Good for a few more miles i expect! I will work it hard but the maintenance will be impecable. I'm anal that way.

Re: Found a 1 ton

WOW, that sure is a nice one! What year is it? (I'm not real good with the gmc grills/years) I've got it narrowed down to 69-71. (no holes in doors below vent windows) and of course the doors/front clip whatever may have been swapped, heck it could be a chevy
