22" Wheels?

I have a 71 gmc that I've been working on for about 6yrs. I in the process of baggin it. I've seen a couple of these models of trucks with 22's on them, which is exactly what I'm wanting to do. But I'm wanting to know what kind of mods have to be done and what exact size of 22's(backspacing, offset, etc.) If anyone can help please let me know and send pics if ya got any.
