71 torque specs
I am needing the torque specs for the front suspension cross member on my 71 Chevy C-10, I was wondering if anyone has the torque specs for the front crossmember or can tell me where I can find them. Sorry if this has been posted before I tried the search but nothing came up that looked helpful.

lots of the torque specs can be found in the last 30pages or so of the factory service manual// the best $25 you can spend on these trucks IMO

Yeah I have been putting off buying a service manual but I guess I should break down and buy one, I thought they would be more than $25 though where did you get one for that?

Out of curiosity I just looked at my Haynes manual # 24064 67 thru 87 Chevy and GMC pickups 2wd and 4wd and the torque specs are on page 10-2 along with many others. These books are available at any autozone, autoworks and many other parts stores. They generally run $20 bucks or less.
