I really need this piece to assemble my blazer handle back on the hatch. If you have this or the whole internal parts, let me know and we can make a deal.

Where does this piece go because I am parting out my top to get rid of. I have been trying to give it away but no one close enough to come and get it.

It is part of the hatch handle internal parts. If you could sell me the whole hatch handle parts, i would buy that also.

it is part of the spring mechanism that the handle shaft slides
through.

Oh, okay, let me see if I can remove mine for you. It turns, is kind of surface rusty inside of the handle. I will let you know tomorrow if I can get the phillips screws off that hold it together.

It's this part.
The rods that go out to the latches attach to the "T"-handle via that thing.

Someone with a welder could easily weld that crack up for you.

Sorry have been off the board for a little bit and you are going to be mad but I had been trying to GIVE my almost perfect single wall top away and no one would come and get it. The night I was trying to take the piece off for you I was having trouble getting the last phillip screw off of the outside t-handle. It was stripped when my girlfriend comes home with one of her customers saying they needed a top so I gave it away. SORRY!!!

bobbyk, it is actually broken in pieces where you see the cracks. I have a welder but did not think of that. I'll try and weld it tomorrow but I really think it is a lost cause since it is so busted up.

I have an extra hatch in good shape, but it does not have the internals
