Unhappy Free Truck

It's been a while since I posted. After I got back from Iraq, my wife didn't really want me working on projects. Now I have a truck that needs a good home.

Here's the deal: It's a 1970 3/4 ton 2wd longbed. It currently has a 250 straight six and a 4 speed. The cab is in great shape (it's a factory A/C cab, but the A/C isn't installed) and the rest of the body is pretty straight. Paint is fair (it's yellow/white). The rear axle was burned up by my son while I was deployed, and he and a friend used a grinder and a torch to try to fix it, so it will have to be towed. It's currently in storage in the south end of the Salt Lake Valley. I can't keep it in storage any more and I hate the thought of such a nice straight body being crushed. I have the title; all you have to do is make arrangements to have it towed. PM me if you're interested; I need it gone soon.

Like Andy said, Welcome Home. You made it safe and sound, that's the important thing. Free trucks have a way of taking care of themselves. Best of luck to you. Mike Todd, Msgt. (USAF)

The truck is stored at Camp Williams. It's roughly 50 miles to Tooele.
