what a 350 bored 60 over be if i put a stroker kit in it something like a 407

You would need almost a 4" stroke crank to get that size. 3.9" something.

A 350 bored .060 over, with a 3.75 stroke would be a 388? maybe. Because a 383 is a 350 bored .030 over with a 3.75 stroke crank.
