in dash clock size 87 Sierra Classic
Hi, my bro-in-law has a very nice 87 GMC, it never had a clock from the factory, but he wants to put one in...there's a place in the cluster for one, and he has found several types he likes, but he doesn't know what diameter will fit, and doesn't want to tear the dash apart to find out....anyone here know what size will fit?

Anything up to about 2 5/8" diameter and 1 1/2" depth should fit. Here's a few pics of the cluster. BTW, the opening in the black cluster cover is about 1 7/8".
