Help replacing my window

I had my truck broken into last night and the stereo, cd's etc stolen. I need to replace the passengers side window because it was shattered and I just wanted to see if anyone knows how to do this. It looks to me like the only way would be to slide the window in from the top, I see that you can slide the metal base off the mechanism. I just wnated to make sure this was right and see if anyone has any tips, it seems like its going to be a *****. Thanks for the help.
