4-speed trans oil leak

My Saginaw 4-speed drips oil at the side shifter lever locations. I imagine there are seals in there. Can they be replaced from the outside, or does it require a tear down to fix? If I can do it myself, where can I find the parts? Thanks..

It's only been about 35 years since I've had one apart but I'm sure you'll have to do a complete tear down.
