Progress on my hot rod 70
Well I hadn't gotten all the picture and posted and up date so I will now. A few weeks ago I took off the bed and added a tank from a 84 blazer. While it was off I primered the back of the cab. I also wanted to see how it would spin the tires. So we tried and it worked out well. Then I tryed again and it came out with even better results. But now I need new tires but dont want to put them on my stock rims. So I picked up some new rims and am just waiting for my back tires to be shiped. So what do you guys think?

Re: Progress on my hot rod 70
I havn't closed in the back of the frame yet. I am going to get the new bumper and put that on then look at something to go between it.
I dont have the bed on so I dont know how low it hangs. Hope to get that done tuesday.

Re: Progress on my hot rod 70
Up date. Got my bad back on and my tires on my rims. I got some side shots so you can see how the tanks shows. But I still need to get some lug nuts to mount them. So right now it just stayed on the jacks. I hope to get a 3-5 drop soon so those tires will fill the wheel wells better. But I am glad i got it done so I can drive it to school when it starts back up in august.

Re: Progress on my hot rod 70
Update
I got all the wheels and tires on and got the bumpers and filler and everything all hook up again. I love theses tires. Its ride so much better and handles alot more stable. Let me know what you think

Re: Progress on my hot rod 70
Brad, killer wheel/tire combo. Any reason for the lettering to be visible as opposed to being the other way around? I see what's up dood. Looks like another hauling utility truck for your store to use!
