no more BFH on the trailing arms!

I don't get to contribute here very often but thought I'd share a simple way to get the trailing arms back in with new bushings - EASILY - I simply put in some all thread with nuts and washers (see picture) - turned the nuts outward and the holder opened up enough to start sliding the arm into place - when it got to the all thread and nuts, I took those out and it slid down in quite nicely. It also worked for the tracking bar.
