Question on glove box options sticker

Just bought a 72 SWB, custom deluxe with factory air, tilt wheel, PS, PB. On the options sticker it lists 1YG820 - special promotional. I have never seen that before and was wondering if anyone had any info on it. The truck is all original and unmolested, so I know someone didn't add anything to the option sticker. Thanks, Kevin

Re: Question on glove box options sticker

That is a Highlander optioned truck. It should be a Custom Deluxe with plaid inserts in the seat, white door panels and black carpet and dash pad. There is a brochure on that package for sale on the parts board.

Re: Question on glove box options sticker

We would love to see pics, every Highlander I've seen has been a longbed, it would be neat to see a shorty.

Re: Question on glove box options sticker

Thanks for the help. I'm new to the site, so I'll try and post some pics if I can figure out how. It is a neat truck. I have a 72 sub, 70 LWB all original with 58k miles on it and a 70 swb stepside as well, but this shortie fleetside has been the one I have been looking for for years, so I'm excited about it.

Thanks, trying to find my way around the site. I wish I would have found this site years ago, seems like a lot of good stuff and info here.

Keggers,
Go to the Parts section for our trucks and you should find a guy that is currently selling those brochures.
