Zen Loans
I found this company to be staffed with poorly trained and unprofessional people.
I fond them to have no clear insight into the mortgage product market, to be incapable of returning phone calls in a timely fashion and was startled to discover that they do not understand how credit scoring works. The office manager of the Inwood branch thinks that the reporting agencies (Experian, Equifax and Transunion) generate the fico scores. :P I haven't dealt with such a bunch of numb-nuts since I tried to resolve a charge dispute with Providian. http://www.zenloans.com/

Re: Zen Loans
Are they online only, or can you walk into an office? Be careful with online mortgage companies, look up "Ocwen" in google for the stuff they were trying to get away with! I'd stick with a mortgage company that you can go into an office and speak with a professional for as long as is needed.
Oh, I see they've got a local branch...
