Odd Heater Control

Slowly reassembling my truck and got the heater control in this weekend.
Anyone seen one like this before. Don't think it's to common for a chrome non ac control. Wasn't sure if it was factory but the bolt holes line up perfectly and it came out of an old original truck. Any way here's pic. Anyone else have or seen one?

Re: Odd Heater Control

I do believe that's a "non" AC control for a 1965 Impala

Re: Odd Heater Control

Upon further inspection the labels are different but the rest looks identical.

Re: Odd Heater Control

It does look like an A/C control that someone took some of the writing off the lens. I have had a few 65-66 impalas and the A/C control is the same. The non A/C control will fit these trucks, but it does not have the fan switch on the left side. It is part of the top lever. Top lever is air on the left and fan on the right.
