difference between bendex and delco boosters?

hey guys,
i was ordering a brake booster from my local parts house "carquest" and i was informed that there are 2 different boosters that came on 71 trucks. what is the differance between the bendex and delo boosters and which one should i use?
if it matters i am putting it on a 69 gmc 1/2ton LWB 2wheel drive with a 307 engine. the front brakes have been converted to disk.

thanks,
ondrew

Re: difference between bendex and delco boosters?

the ac delco has a 4"x4' bolt pattern in the rear and the bendix has a 4x3 3/4"
bolt pattern..the ac delco and bendix masters don't interchange also i am told.
best figure out which bracket you have for the firewall, if you don't have a booster to look at. frank pickmup posted a picture a while ago...
about the two...and differences,,,i will see if i can find it...mark
