Does anyone know of a good bodyman in or around western massachusetts? The guy that was working on my stuff quit, said he couldn't take it anymore. Too bad body work is the only thing I won't do.. Anyways any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know of anyone personally. I plan on doing my own bodywork so I haven't looked for anyone in RI or SE Mass. There was a guy down in south central CT that I knew did some great work out of his own shop as a sidejob. He had a very nice duece coupe but he was high $$ I think. Let me know if you are interested and I will see if I can track him down.

I wish I knew! If you find someone, keep me updated. I live in Western Mass too, and have plans to have "the works" done on my '71 over the next winter.

You might try posting the question on the Stovebolt message board. (For older Chevy trucks.) It seems to me there are some folks from western Mass. on it.

There's a kid on here from Mass also that has a 3/4 ton 4x I can't remember his board name thought. He has someone doing his bodywork too he seems to like the work the guy does but this is all the info I know. Sorry.

Wow, that's awesome. I live over on Mountain Road, right now i'm going to the Coast Guard Academy so i'm only home about one weekend a month, but i'm always working on my rig when i'm home. Maybe we can help each other out. I'm currently putting my truck back together so i've already taken every little piece of it apart. It's a '67 gmc 8ft fleetside, w/ a 292 L6 4spd. So yeah, this is cool, hey did you ever go to the chevy/gmc truck show up in Wendell State forest that they have every year? They always have some really good trucks up there.....
