Tailgate emblem
What is the tailgate emblem suppose to look like on a '71 c-20 Suburban? I have a hatch and tailgate and the emblem is missing. Dave

Re: Tailgate emblem
The holes in the tailgate are higher on mine and the emblems on the fenders are chrome and black. I hope I didn't goof by leaving the holes when I painted the Burb!!!

Re: Tailgate emblem
Good luck finding one, unless you know people with parts 'burbs that would be willing to part with one.
It took me a year and half to find mine and it was pure fluke. One of our mechanics at work used to collect emblems when he was younger and he just happened to recognise the odd spacing of the holes matching one in his collection. It cost me an extra large Timmies(coffe from a Canadian donut shop). |

Re: Tailgate emblem
Dave, I might have a spare one. It is still on a burb so I can't tell you if it still has all the mounting posts.
