What 4 link should i buy and where to buy it?

I am looking to buy a 4 link setup cause i am going to bag my truck. What setup should i buy and where to buy it. I know there is so many different setups and i don't know that much about them to decide which is better. Also what else do i need. I am going to buy a c-notch setup. Which one should i get or all they all really similiar? I know i am going to have to buy shock relocaters. Am i going to have to buy a different crossmember ( this that is what the 4 link bolts on to) since i plan on lowering the truck alot? I would like to have everything ordered by end of next week. Thanks Josh

I HIGHLY recomend KP Components, I just put the 4 link with the cantilever set up on my truck and it was by far the nicest kit I have seen and worked with. The kit bolts on to the stock locations of where your hangers are now, I'll try and get some pics up. I've seen many other guys on this site using that kit as well.

I looked and i didn't see that setup. Where did you buy it from exactly? I was looking at Suicide Doors but they didn't have a big selection. I also don't know what to look for. What makes a good setup and what make it bad. Thanks Josh

I bought my set up directly from Clint at KP. I know that the website has a few pictures of the set up, I just posted pics of my truck in another post you can see the set up in the pics, I have more pics if you want to see them.

Re: What 4 link should i buy and where to buy it?

Hey Bagged what setup did you get? I was thinking about getting a trianglated setup but not sure what is the best way to go. I started looking at Air Ride Techs trianglated one but i always seeing everyone use the standard front bags in the rear and Air Ride wanted me to use the sleeve looking ones. Does that make sence? I basically want the best setup for the money. Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks JOSH

Re: What 4 link should i buy and where to buy it?

I have a triangulated super lift 4 link. I would not reccomend sleeve bags. I have Slam Specialties and I havent had any problems out of them yet. I am pretty happy with the kit for the most part.

Which airbag you need is typically based on the type of rear suspension.

When using 4-links (triangulated or parallel), the sleeve style bags tend to offer a better ride when mounted directly to the rear-end housing (1:1 ratio). For a trailing-arm/2-link where the bag is located on the arm (w/different leverage) you would want a double convoluted bag. That's why ART recommended the sleeve style bag.
