Paint and just a little body work in Austin?

Anyone know of a good cheap place that would paint basicly the front end of my truck in Austin and weld in a piece of metal in the hump of the cab for cheap I want to do this to help get it sold so im not talking about a $2000 job just something to get it to all match.

There's a guy near my buddy's shop off Beck Circle called "Al's body shop". If you catch him there partaking in the herb after 6:00pm he'll shoot you a cheap price.
