Manual Window wont'r roll down

hey guys, well I finally found the tool to take off the window lift handle. I was hoping that It just needed a good lube, but I think it is shot. It seems that the bearing right behind the window handle is going out. I sprayed some WD on it and it helped a bit. Have you guys had any experience with this. Can you take that bearing out and replace it or do you have to put in a new regulator? Is it even a bearing or just a sleeve? Anyway to fix it without taking it out of the door? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

i would think you could just replace the regulator to solve the problem as i know no way of fixing one that would be worth the time or effort

You would probably have to replace the regulator as a unit. I have never seen a regulator actually pulled apart, though, so I may be wrong.
