Need some electrical help.
I just finished replacing the automatic (700R4) with an SM-465 in my 85 Suburban. My question involves the neutral safety/reverse light switch that is on the steering column. There is only 2 wires going to the switch, a purple and a green one. I'm used to seeing the neutral safety switch with 4 wires. Does that switch complete the circuit by grounding to the frame? I think it does, but I want to double check first. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
