paint shop pro 7

I downloaded paint shop pro 7 from neonapster to see if I would like it and be interested in buying it. I cant figure it out to save my life though. How are you guys changing colors and doing cool stuff like that? I'm not going to buy the program unless I can figure out how to use it but it doesnt seem to be too self explanatory and I really dont have tons of free time to figure it out. Any tips from those who are good with it?

PSP 7 is easy as hell once you get the hang of it. there should be a tool bar down the left side of the screen. it has all your options on it. changing colors drawing those kinds of things. what exactly are you wanting to do with it? Ive done everything from create images to making them different colors to basic editing. Ive even made water in pics move with it. made a fish tank bubble. made a spa look like it works. its all a matter of what your using and what you want to do with it. just asking what you can do with it leaves a wide selection of stuff to show you. if you could narrow it down some it would be easier to tell you how to do it.

Xzavior240, that paint job reminds me of an Eddie Van Halen guitar for some reason. It's been 20 years since I used an acetylene torch in a paint job...

Kenneth

BTW, here's on I did a while back. Notice the 67-68 hood

Photoshop really isn't for the novice BUT, a lot of practice will get you the hang of it. Don't be afraid to try anything.

Check out this I did with my truck in this post:

I made the GMC smilie with that program, and the animation shop 3 program that came with it. That GMC smilie has 45 frames in it!! Took me some time to get the hang of it. I still really don't know how to use the program that well.... LOL.
