1969 Suburban Needs a home

My husband and I purchased about 8 years ago a 1969 suburban, that we were originally going to fix up. We are now looking to get rid of it. We paid $300 and would like that back. We purchased the suburban from a friend and he could never find any paperwork on it, so we have no papers for it. We really just want it out of our yard. Anyone interested in it? Know a way we can get rid of it without having papers? The body is damaged from it being used for off-road purposes...and there is rust in floor. The entire vehicle needs a lot of TLC....however for the right person it would be a great project vehicle.
