Speedometer bolt?

Not really sure what you call it. The countersunk( I beleive? not looking at it at the moment) bolt that the speedo cable screws onto is leaking real bad. Is this something that can be fixed without taking the whole case apart? I just don't want to take it out and have something behind it fall down inside the case. Also what is needed to fix the leak, O ring?

Thanks Albie
